About accommodation
About check-in

Check-in is from 3 pm.
However, if you apply for a plan with check-in time specified, It will be in accordance with the contents of application.

  • When you arrive later than the estimated check-in time, please contact us.
  • Please understand beforehand that the reservation will be treated as cancellation if we can not contact the guest even after the scheduled time.
  • Check-in before check-in time (3 PM) can not be accepted. Procedures can be done, and luggage can be deposited. Rooms are available after 3 pm.
  • Guest(s) are required to pay the accommodation fee in advance, at the time of check-in. The receipt is also issued at check-in.
  • For Non-Japanese nationalities, we request to copy of the passport(s) or registration card at the time of check-in.
  • Any refund by cancellation or change of notifications after settlement of payment cannot be accepted at all. If the schedule is not decided or there is a possibility of change, please consult before settlement.
About check-out

Check out time is at 10 AM.However, if you apply for an option plan for extension, or a plan other than 10 o'clock check-out time,It will be in accordance with the contents of application.

  • Extension of the checkout time is up to 12 o'clock and it is charged 1000 yen per hour.However, we may not be able to accept check-out extension depending on the reservation situation of the day.
About parking lot
  • There is a free parking place (except Asakusa, Funabashi and Oita). Please check out the website of each hotel for the availability of parking lot.
